Lift filter out if you wish to stop the brewing process, and serve. For cold brew concentrate, fill with 2.25 oz. of coarsely ground coffee, add cold water, stir, and place lid on top. Let it steep at room temperature for 16-hours to 24-hours; remove the filter and replace the lid. Chill for at least 2-hours and use within 5-days. To serve, dilute this concentrate with an equal amount of milk, half-and-half, or water. Optional: sweeten or top with ice.
