• This hinge is not recommended for toy boxes as it could be a danger to small fingers!
• This bench seat hinge safely holds the seat top open at a 95 degree angle.
• Will counter balance a seat or lid weighing 8 kg (17.6 lbs.).
• The springs keep the seat from slamming shut and makes the seat or lid easier to open
• The seat will move forward about 4″ as it opens the full 95 degrees.
